Through September 30, 2026, the first 25 orders receive a free digital art bundle of your choice ($25 value) and a numbered, hand-signed Founding Collector card. No code is needed. After you order, you'll get an email within 1 business day asking which bundle you'd like, and your download link follows right away. For physical orders the card ships inside your package; for digital-only orders it arrives as a PDF.
Are your jewelry pieces one of a kind?
Yes. Most statement necklaces and many collectible pieces are one-of-a-kind, meaning once they are sold, they may not be recreated exactly as shown.
What are TrinketRelics?
TrinketRelics are handcrafted collectible art objects designed to be displayed, carried, or gifted. Each piece is individually created and has its own artistic character.
What do I receive with a digital art purchase?
Each digital art collection includes five high-resolution digital artworks delivered as an instant download after your purchase is complete.
Will I receive a physical item when purchasing digital art?
No. Digital art collections are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped.
When will my order ship?
Physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because our physical jewelry and TrinketRelics are handcrafted and generally one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing preference, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos and details so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Digital artwork and digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, CrushelloCreations ships within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future as the brand continues to grow.
